My experience in the Blog

This is my last post. Obviously it has been a great experience, and it will surprise every Tuesday which task was to do my post.

I enjoy this class because it was innovative in the system of learning. The use of the technology allows this type of education, which is more dynamic and much more entertainment.

The post realized in classes helped me to improve my English due to the fact that the quizzes that were realized before every post were helping to practice new concepts in my English.

I think that the advantages are more than the disadvantages because it is more feasible the good use than the bad use to the post.

Among the advantages I stand out the followings:
1.- The good use of the technology to learn.
2.- The aptitude to write a post in which it could express the learned in class and in the quizzes.
3.- The entertaining form in which with your classmates shares knowledge by means of post in his blogs.
4.- The areas included in the post it does that the learning is much more effective because they are topics more daily.

Among the disadvantages I stand out the followings:
1.- Very a little time to do the quiz and the post in the same class. Ninety minutes becomes very short and generally the post had to finish in house.
2.- The computers used to do the post are of very low quality. Often I had problems and lost everything advanced in classes.

Like they see, the disadvantages are more logistic than the used method. I continue being charmed with this new way of learning and I wait that in a future, the colleges and the universities use much more this system.

Well, this is the end. I wait they have enjoyed it and I wait to be able to return to be in the world of the blogs.

My ideal job (Medical license)

My ideal job would be a soccer player, always my dream was spent my life being a soccer player because it is the most that I like in the world. I see soccer, I hear soccer, I breath soccer, it’s everything in my life. Every day I need to know something new about soccer, in the weekends I see for at least 3 soccer games.

Like I know a lot about soccer for me to be a soccer player is the best job in the work, and also they earn a lot of money. They can do everything.

The skills for being a good soccer player are: Have a great fitness, to be higher and being, and have more abilities like a goalkeeper. I know that I play very good, but I need to improve to be a professional one.

I would be very good in my job because I not just know a lot about that topic, as well I have natural skills in play it and that is a fact very important to make the different between a normal player and a wonderful player.

To get a job as a soccer player is very complicated, I don’t have all the skills for being a professional one. If I would had, would have been easy now playing for as a goalkeeper in the Colo Colo soccer team or in the national soccer team.

The Scream

My favourite piece of art is "The Scream". It´s a picture painted in 1893 by Edvard Munch. He is from Norway and in his paints he shows anguish and negative feelings. His artistic development mainly was in France (Paris), where he met the different art movement, he follows the impressionism.

He received his highest recognition to this work, which is currently at the Museum of Munich, in Oslo.

The first time I saw this painting when I was 12 years old at school, and the teacher asked me to draw it. When I painted it, was great, almost like the real one. I really liked and from that moment I felt like the most beautiful piece of art for me. Even I have a poster with this picture, but with the character Homer Simpson who imitates the position of the painting. Another reason I like the colors that are used, they are very striking

Ken Robinson Speech's

In the speech, Ken Robinson talks about how creativity has been left out of education.

He points out that creativity should be as important as literacy in education. He shows that during the school year, the children are removed from creativity. When one is young, one is not afraid to make a mistake, however this changes when one gets older. This factor is important to emphasize because when one is not ready to make a mistake, they will never come to anything original. This means that the public education system makes a system in the university where the creativity is left completely aside.

To conclude, Robinson proposes to not kill creativity. He finishes his speech with an example where a girl goes to the doctor because in high school, she was very troubled. The doctor tells her that the only thing she wants is to dance. After many years, this girl transformed into a great ballerina y was able to fully develop her creativity. From this, the message is: Creativity is the future of the education.

The best in my field: Jaime Pizarro

Hello.....

In my opinion, the best person in my field is Jaime Pizarro. He was a soccer player, then a trainer, and nowadays, he is the Undersecretary of Sports for the government of Michelle Bachelet. He played midfielder, principally developing his career for Colo-Colo, the club in which he was a champion as a player (winning the Liberators Cup) and as a trainer.

He, as Undersecretary of Sports, takes part in different commissions, such as remodeling of stadiums, logistics of the rally Dakar, AOS (Association of Olympic Sportsmen), CHP (Center of High Performance) and in many other areas. His work is to guide, direct and coordinate these tasks and to carry them out efficiently.

I like him because he is not a "cuoteo" politician but he is a person who takes part in the government and uses his technical abilities. This must be the principle condition by which a politician is chosen for a public office and I hope that this is maintained in the future.

His labor has been well validated both by experts and citizens and he hopes that his example will be followed by the new "politicians".

Hello......

Well, this photo was taken for a friend (I don’t remember who..........xD) in August of last year before the class of history of the political thinking.

In this photo you can see: Sat Felipe Flores, better known as “Flowers” or “Fatty”. And from the left side to the right side there is Nano, Niko Conka and my girlfriend Verónica, more known to me as “baVERO” <3.

I like this photo because in it appears the people that I love the most
>.<. All of them are good friends and the best people that I‘ve ever met. We share a lot of time together in the university every day.

But I want to say that also many good friends are absent, such as Naxito, Gabo, Potito, Kubota, Markitos, Isaac, etc. I’m lucky to trust in all of them and know if I need something, they will be able to help me.

My Major

Hello!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I’m studying Public Management at the University of Chile and this is my second year. I chose this major because I'm charmed with the politics and its organization and I like to know that I have the opportunity to be a contribution for the society. As Public Managers we can contribute in public policies and improve the quality of life of the citizenship.

The tool that a professional of my area will need in the future are: knowledge of the law, aptitude to implement new skills and ideas, maximizing the use of the resources and many other areas

My favourite subject is organization's theory because this one treats of the bases of the structures of the institutions and organizations in wich we want to develop in a profecional level. In this subject we see and analyze important authors who speak on this, like: Fayor, Taylor, McGreggor, Mintzberger and more
